About the Role:
Crystal Clean Maid Service is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Evening Cleaning Manager to lead our hardworking team in Virginia, MN. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help maintain the high standards our clients love while keeping operations running smoothly after hours. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate evening cleaning crews across residential and/or commercial job sites
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality control and client satisfaction standards are met
- Train, mentor, and motivate cleaning staff on proper techniques, products, and safety protocols
- Manage scheduling, assignments, and workflow to maximize team efficiency
- Communicate with clients and management regarding service issues, feedback, and special requests
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines on all job sites
Requirements:
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning, janitorial services, or housekeeping
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality cleaning standards
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work evening hours reliably and consistently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively with minimal oversight

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
